Health problems and computers.
Using a computer is one of the most popular activities in the world but people who work with computers have health risks. Every person should know about various health problems associated with the regular use of computers.The most common problems are: stress, vision, back, neck and shoulder problems, damage to the wrists and fingers. These problems are usually temporary .What can be done to reduce these symptoms?
- Position of the wrist must be neutral, or straight.
- Take breaks by looking away from the screen for 10 seconds.
- Use suitable lighting.
- Use a screen filter.
- Use footrests.
- Adjust your workstation.
- Organize your work area.
- Take breaks every 30 minutes.
